As a UK centre of excellence for all of our bike brands we pride ourselves on knowing our bikes inside out, especially on the technical front.
Our technicians are some of the best and most experienced in the UK, and are regularly contacted by the manufacturers themselves regarding tuning and technical aspects of bike set-up and optimisation.
When bikes arrive with us from the manufacturers, even ones that are entirely standard off-the-shelf models they are either partially built or pre-assembled using efficient but not necessarily optimal techniques. Factory builds need to cater for speed of assembly, and the requirements of secure packaging for long-haul space-saving transportation. This is especially so in the areas of cabling, bearing adjustments and installation, and drive-train optimization. In most cases the factory assembly (if complete) will of course work, but not as well as it could with proper set-up and tuning.
So every bike we sell is either completely or partially stripped down, then rebuilt to ensure the smoothest and most reliable operation possible – whether, amongst many other things, it is accurate gear shifting, precise braking, free running bearings with minimal play and noise, or weather proofed seals (not all bikes are built with British weather in mind!).
The other aspect to the tuning of a bike is the adjustments that are needed to ensure it is fully set-up to meet the needs of an individual rider. Our technicians will usually need to make changes to certain components, perhaps to swap to different a length stems or cranks, alter gear ratios and saddle placement, or to cut down steerer tubes etc. All of this needs to be carried out by qualified personnel who understand in detail the technical requirements of warranty cover and safe operation.

Personalising your Bike
Virtually no bike leaves us without being personalising to suit you as an individual – whether it’s no-cost adjustments, tailoring of standard specifications, or complete custom builds. So what do we mean by adjustment, tailoring and custom specification?
Adjustment is a term that covers all of those tweaks and alterations that help a bike to meet your unique needs, most often without changing the cost of your bike at all.
Your body proportions, fitness and riding style will mean that to make your bike at its best for you we may need to alter things such as stem or crank lengths, handlebar dimensions or saddle widths. It very frequently means we need to trim the length of the fork’s steerer tube to ensure that handlebar height is suitable for you.
You may also want to make changes to things like gear ratios, perhaps because you live in a hilly area or perhaps because you prefer a narrower span of ratios to eliminate large jumps in gearing. Either way, unless the change requires the fitting of more expensive components this would be a no-charge adjustment.
Please note that some of these adjustments need to be carried out in particular ways to meet warranty requirements – our technicians are fully versed in the requirements of different manufacturers!
On many occasions our customers like the look of a standard specification bike, but would like it to be tailored or upgraded in places, for example with their preferred saddle, a different set of wheels or maybe by adding power cranks.
Around half of our bikes fall into this category! And if you are thinking about taking a standard “brochure-spec” bike and making just a few changes the most economical time to do this is when purchasing a bike. Once you have taken a bike away the upgrade costs to components always increase as the value of any parts you are replacing will be lower, and there may be workshop time involved in carrying out the swap at a later date.
Finally, we come to full custom specification bikes – purchasing a bike involves a significant investment, especially at the premium end of most ranges. So why not consider a full custom build, where every part is chosen to meet your preferences or needs?
Around 20% of our bikes are built to full custom specifications – and when compared to high-end brochure specifications the costs can often be strikingly competitive, and sometimes are actually lower. While at the same time giving you exactly what you want!
How do I specify my requirements?
If you are able to visit us in person this will of course form a key part of our conversations with you while you are here, but in order to let us know how you would like your bike to be adjusted, tailored or custom built it is certainly not essential to visit us in person.
Many of our customers first make contact with us either by phone on 01584 879245, or via email or our contact page, so we often gather details for orders or quotes that way – but each product page also has a “custom build” tab for entering full custom build information and a “customer enquiry” button for requesting any kind of further information, including options and costs for tailoring a specific model, or providing details on possible adjustments to standard specifications.
Very few bikes leave here without some sort of personalisation, so please do not feel reluctant to ask anything you like – one of the main parts of our work is answering queries about bike specifications!
We are only too happy to talk bikes over the phone on 01584 879245, face to face, or via email . Buying a bike should be an enjoyable experience, we will do everything we can to ensure that it is – we offer honest advice and guidance, baaed on unrivalled expertise and knowledge of all of our brands.
We will always respond to your queries and calls, but we are sometimes unable to do so immediately as the volume of calls and emails we receive is frequently very high, and try as we might we can’t get back to you straight away. We also try to reply to all queries fully – not just with short “yes” or “no” answers, but with information that we hope will be of genuine help.
Oh, and we will never try to sell you something that is not 100% suited to your requirements – so please forgive us if we bombard you with questions to fully understand your needs!
We are situated in Ludlow, under a minute from the A49 by car, and around 10-15 minutes on foot from the nearest railway station – full instructions can be found here.
We have a large customer car park to the side of our Sales Department and Service Centre – and the centre of town is around 3/4 mile away.
At Epic Cycles we inspect all products thoroughly before shipping or collection to make sure they are in perfect condition, we also package everything carefully to ensure that it won’t get damaged in transit – we also attempt to provide as much information as possible to all customers to minimise the chances of purchasing the wrong item (this is especially important for customers who can’t visit the store).
However, despite our best efforts there may be rare occasions on which you need to return the item to us.
1. “Mail Order” purchases: If you are unhappy for any reason with a non-bespoke item that you have mail ordered from us, either over the telephone or electronically/on-line, simply return the item to us unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged, within 7 days of receipt. Please include a note within the packaging to let us know the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice or receipt that included the item. We will issue a full refund (for bespoke items please see following paragraph), less any postage costs associated with the return and any refund charges imposed by your credit card company. You will be responsible for the returned item until it reaches us, so please ensure that your return shipment is adequately insured.
1.a. For bespoke items (such as made to measure framesets, unique paint finishes, or items that are not part of the standard range of products and so need to be ordered or manufactured specifically for you) we will not be able to offer a refund, as the item will be unique to yourself and so will not be suitable for resale or return to supplier.
1.b. If your item is delivered in damaged packaging please advise the carrier immediately (before signing for the package). If the item itself has suffered any transit damage please advise via our Contact page or email, or by calling 01584 879245 within 48 hours, so that we can discuss the best course of action. Do not attempt to use a damaged item under any circumstances. Please inspect your purchases carefully, as any claims for transit/packing damage cannot be accepted once the item has been used.
2. Mail Order and In-Store Purchase: If your item is faulty please contact us immediately (either by visiting in person, phoning on 01584 879245 or via our Contact page or email so that we can discuss the best course of action. If you subsequently need to return an item to us or to the manufacturer for rectification, please note that all warranty agreements are “return to base”, and the buyer will be responsible for any associated postage or return costs.
3. In-store Bike Purchases: For in-store collections please ensure that you are entirely happy with your bike before taking it away, as we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind once a bike has been set-up and accepted, unless we have previously agreed otherwise in writing.
3.a. For other “boxed” items collected in store we will normally, at the discretion of the store manager, be able to offer a full refund if you change your mind as long as the packaging is un-opened, the item has not been “special ordered” (i.e. it is part of our normal stocked range and is not a bespoke item), and the item is returned within 14 days with your receipt/invoice.
At Epic Cycles we are not a conventional bike shop that carries a range of general cycling related products – instead we focus all of our efforts, stock and expertise on high-quality bikes themselves, together with items that are fitted to bikes – so we don’t carry many products that are not fitted directly to bikes, such as food, clothing (aside from a few items of our own Epic clothing and KASK helmets) or things like bike racks, books etc.
Our range covers adult bikes only – for all forms of riding, from cyclosportives, road racing, time-trials, touring and commuting, through to all-road, multi-terrain, adventure and trail riding.
When you order an item from us we will give you an expected delivery date.
If you are purchasing an in-stock mail order item from us, we will agree a shipping date with you at the time of purchase, which could be as soon as the following working day for straight forward products that are ordered before our daily carrier collection.
For in-stock bikes, we may need to make size adjustments or alterations for you, or if the item is not yet fully assembled we will need to carry out a full Pre Delivery Inspection. This may mean there is a short delay before delivery or collection takes place, but we will alert you to this at the time.
If you are ordering a customised product (e.g. a custom built or tailored bike), a one-off item, or a product that we will need to order from a supplier, we will provide you with an estimated availability date, and keep you informed about any variations on that date.
Once your item is ready we will contact you to confirm any final details regarding shipping or collection and to settle any outstanding balances on the order.
As you may be aware, the bike industry is currently going through a period of extreme price volatility. If we have given you a written quote for an item the price will be valid for 7 days – however, even though we can’t guarantee prices for any longer than this in the current climate, in practice most quotes will remain unchanged for much longer.
Once you have placed a confirmed order with with us (secured by a small deposit), the price of your order will of course remain fixed as long as you don’t make any changes to the order content or to the delivery destination.
We are able to deliver brand new items, including bikes (see below), to most countries using DHL.
Charges to international destinations vary according to the country we are shipping to, and the nature, size and weight of the item we are sending, so please contact us via email or by calling 01584 879245 for a formal delivery quote.
Some countries have remote destinations that may attract a surcharge from our carriers, but the following table gives an indication of our shipping charges for most international bike deliveries. Please contact us to confirm these prices for your specific address:

We use APC or DHL for most of our deliveries, and they classify places according to postcodes when it comes to charges and delivery timescales.
The areas considered by our carriers as being outside “UK Mainland” for delivery purposes are:
Channel Islands, Isles of Sicily, Isle of Man, certain Scottish postcodes (IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 Sector 4 and PH49-50) and the Scottish Islands.
If you would like us to deliver your item to you, rather than taking it away in person, we are very happy to do so.
Bikes, frames and some larger items such as wheels are delivered on an overnight service via a national courier (APC), who will need someone to be at the destination address to sign for the package – for this reason many customers choose to have items delivered to a work or business address.
Smaller items will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Bikes (with the exception of ex-demo, ex-display, used/part-exchanged, and cycle-to-work scheme bikes), framesets and any other order over £100 will be delivered on weekdays free of charge to addresses classified as “UK Mainland” by APC (this excludes Highlands and Islands – Channel Islands, Isles of Sicily, Isle of Man, postcodes IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 Sector 4 and PH49-50, and the Scottish Islands).
Other items (including used, cycle-to-work scheme or ex-demo bikes), or deliveries to non “UK Mainland” addresses, including items purchased from our Ebay shop, will be subject to a small delivery charge that depends mainly on size and weight of the package – in these cases please contact us for delivery prices.
Deliveries via courier are made on Mondays to Fridays – please note that delivery can take place up until 4pm to most areas, and until 5pm in some more remote locations.
Although we are able to ship items out on a Friday, those delivered by courier will not arrive until Monday morning – meaning that they will spend the weekend in a warehouse. We therefore usually advise customers to delay shipping until the following Monday with the goods arriving on the Tuesday.
All bikes are subject to a full Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) and tuned up ready to ride before despatch. Most bikes will then be shipped with the front wheel and seatpost/saddle removed, the handlebars swivelled to one side, and if you have ordered pedals these will not be fitted as they tend to puncture the carton. All you will need is a couple of standard allen keys in order to reassemble the seatpost, handlebars and pedals – we will provide verbal or written instructions on how to do this if you need them.

Receipt of Goods – Important!
All items will be carefully packed to minimise the risk of transit damage – in the highly unlikely event that your item does arrive with damaged packaging please advise the courier on the spot (before signing for the package). It is important to fully inspect your item before signing for the package as being in good condition – if you are not able to immediately open and inspect the item, please sign for the package as “damaged” or “unchecked” as any issues that arise after the goods have been accepted in good condition will not be accepted by the courier. If upon inspection, the item itself has suffered any transit damage please advise us by phone on 01584 879245 or email within 48 hours. Please inspect your items carefully, as any claims for transit/packing damage cannot be accepted once the item has been used.

At Epic Cycles we believe, especially for bikes, that talking in depth with customers either face-to-face, over the phone or via email is an important part of ensuring that the item you are interested in is fully suited and/or tailored to your needs.
For this reason we do not currently accept simple “click to buy” on-line orders (with exception of our Ebay shop, through which we do sell some used or ex-display items). This is not in order to try and hit you with a sales pitch – far from it. The reason we like to talk to people is that we have unrivalled expertise in the products that we sell, and we can use that expertise to fine tune your purchase (for example to make no-cost adjustments in size, shape or colour of components) as well as making sure that the bike you are interested in will do everything that you need.
If you are an experienced rider we are able during our conversations with you to establish exactly how you would like your bike to be set up, rather than just supplying what comes as standard from a manufacturer.
A large proportion of our customers are less experienced, and straight forward examples of the kind of guidance we offer to people on a daily basis include things as simple as what size of bike will fit them best, which gear ratios are most suitable for their riding, what width of handlebars or length of crank will be optimal, which wheels will perform best for their weight and riding style etc. Most of this adds nothing to the cost of your bike – but makes a massive difference to how it will ride!

The whole buying process can of course be carried out remotely, especially for customers who are confident about their bike setup and sizing, but a significant number of customers who initially talk to us from afar do come over to see us in order to take advantage of our sizing and set-up expertise, to look in detail at physical display bikes or to carry out a test ride.
As proper in-depth conversations or set-up sessions require a dedicated member of our team to be available for an extended period of time we operate an appointment system for the majority of Sales visits – so please contact us in advance to book a session as despite having a decent sized Sales team and a large number of appointment slots, we can in busy periods be fully booked for the following few days.
But if you are unable to arrange your visit in advance with us then we will of course be only too happy to look after you if you call in to the Sales Office, as long as our Sales staff aren’t all booked up already of course – in which case we will do our best to see you in the next available appointment slot that day.
Our new buildings feature comfortable customer reception areas for Sales and Service, as well as a bike display/showroom and parts counter.
We will always have a selection of featured bikes on display in our reception area, but will hold many more display bikes behind the counter in the warehouse that is visible, but not directly accessible, from our reception area – ready to show you and discuss in depth during your sales visit.
This new arrangement allows us to hold more bikes than we did previously, but in a much more compact space than in a conventional “self-service” showroom, and enable us to bring bikes out for you to handle and look at properly, in detail, rather than leaving you to search for a needle in a haystack – it also frees up our staff from monitoring an open showroom, meaning that they can to talk to people properly face-to-face when they visit.
On the parts front, rather than providing a conventional self-service retail space where customers help themselves and then proceed to a till to pay for goods, we now hold extensive stocks of parts in our stockroom and bring them to you at our parts counter – with the large increase in different parts and standards that we have seen in recent years this will help to ensure that you get the correct item for your needs.
Because our focus is very much on bikes, and the parts that are fitted directly to bikes, we will not in future be stocking some of the things that are part of a traditional high street bike shop range, such as food and clothing (apart from our own Epic branded jerseys). Our inventory of spare parts for bikes will however continue to be comprehensive!
And please don’t think that we are a faceless mail order warehouse – although we don’t operate a traditional “self-service” showroom, Epic Cycles is a welcoming and comfortable with proper bike displays and viewing facilities, all set in a quiet location away from the bustle of a high street, so that we have the time and space to talk to you properly about your requirements.
We have an enormous range of the very latest road bikes, backed by a fleet of test bikes, so that you can make an informed selection and try before you buy. And we always have coffee on the go, together with some soft seating should you need to wait for anything, such as a final bike set-up etc.
Either way, we will not blind you with science or try to sell you something unsuitable, and none of our staff work on commission, so you will not be subjected to any hard selling techniques.
All bike purchases include a free professional set-up session, but if you are unable to visit the store we will happily advise on sizing over the phone or via email. If you would like a full sizing session please allow at least an hour – significantly longer if you plan to take a bike for a test ride!
If the item you require is in stock and needs no alteration or customisation you can either take it away or we will deliver it to you. If the item you require needs to be custom built or adapted for you, or needs to be ordered in from a supplier or reserved for you, we will take a deposit to secure your order/item and either ship it to you when it is ready or let you know when it can be collected.
For certain bespoke items, such as made-to-measure framesets or unique paint finishes, or items that are not part of our standard range and so need to be ordered or manufactured specifically for you (i.e. are special order items), we may need to ask for advance payment in full.
All cancelled bike orders are subject to a £50 admin fee, to be deducted from the deposit paid.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable on custom built, special order or bespoke items once orders have been confirmed by Epic Cycles.
At Epic Cycles we try to make things as flexible as possible, so we accept most common forms of payment, from cash and cards to 0% Finance and Cyclescheme.
We are able to take payments using all major debit and credit cards – please note that for card payments over the telephone we will need to verify your card and shipping address, and may occasionally need to ask for additional security checks for high value items which can take up to 3 working days to complete.
We also accept payment using BACS transfer and in cash for personal callers – please note that we can no longer accept personal cheques.
We can also accept payments on-line payments using PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or not. For many customers this is a convenient, secure and efficient method of payment. If you would like to make a payment pay using PayPal please visit our Payments page by clicking here or on the Payments link in the top menu. Alternatively, we can email you a PayPal invoice for your purchase – you then just log into your PayPal account and process the transaction (or enter your card details into PayPal’s secure payment page) just as you would with a Buy-It-Now purchase via Ebay. Payments using a PayPal account clear instantly, which means fast delivery!
At Epic Cycles we operate an Every Day Fair Pricing policy – but what does that mean?
Well, at its most basic, it means that at Epic Cycles we offer genuinely competitive prices across our range of products, to all of our customers, every day of the year – not just at sale times or on one or two promotional items.
It means that we offer the same great prices to every customer – no haggling, no having to prove that you belong to an approved society in order to get a few percent off. We have one set of prices – our best prices – in store for everyone. Every day.
We don’t promise to be the very cheapest on every item – although we often are. But it is important to compare what we actually sell vs what some on-line discount outlets supply. Virtually every bike we sell is personalised in some way – it is not just simply supplied in the form that it left the factory. It is adjusted to fit your needs (e.g. size changes to components, different gear ratios, different width tyres or saddle etc), or tailored with different or unique parts of your choosing, or customised in full.
And every single bike is stripped down, tuned and optimised for safe, reliable and high performance riding – and with every aspect meeting warranty protection requirements. It is NEVER just shipped in the state it left the factory!
So, when comparing prices for fully tuned and personalised products we believe we are day-in-day-out the best value bike store in the UK…and not just at sale time…

And we are honest with our prices – some things Epic Cycles WON’T do:
- Sell grey imports at knock down prices, but with no warranty.
- Advertise give-away prices on items we don’t actually stock – or only have in sizes or colours no-one wants.
- Discount last year’s model and “forget” to tell you the differences with the current model
- Use one or two eye catching offers to create the impression of low prices all round
- Claim to be offering big price reductions against prices we never offered in the first place. We may tell you the SRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) and compare it with our price – but never that it is being offered at “20% off” unless we have previously sold it at the higher price.
- Label a product with its SRP and then offer you a great deal or on the spot discount if pressed. We will label every item with our genuine best price from the start.
Who needs the stress of haggling and wondering if you really did get the best price? At Epic Cycles that is one stress you can forget. The bottom line is that our prices are highly competitive and genuine. For everyone. Every day.
Fitting and Set-Up
At Epic Cycles we are proud of our record and experience in setting up bikes to fit our customers, having carried out in excess of 6,000 fitting and set-up sessions over the past 10 years. We currently operate two types of fitting appointment – a “Performance Fit”, which takes place as part of a Test Ride Appointment, and a shorter “Sizing Evaluation” or basic fit, where a test ride is not involved or required.
Included with every new bike sale is a fitting and set-up session (with the exception of ex-demo, ex-display, used/part-exchanged, and cycle-to-work scheme bikes). This session can either be carried out prior to purchase in order to assess your required bike size and set-up or to feed into a test ride, but it can also be carried when you collect your bike if we have established your basic size and set-up in advance and simply need to fine tune it on collection.
If you are new to road bikes we will of course start from scratch, but if you have an existing road bike we will take your current measurements as a start point. If you are entirely happy with your current set-up then the fitting session will act primarily as confirmation that we can map your dimensions onto your new bike. But if you have any concerns about your existing bike fit or are experiencing discomfort or lack of performance we will work with you to identify and address the causes of these issues and improve your bike fit. Customers will of course also be provided with a copy of the detailed measurements we have recorded.
As we run an extensive test bike fleet (covering most of our range), many of our customers choose to book a Test Ride Appointment, that includes a full Performance Fit. This will consist of a fitting and bike set-up session in order to prepare the bike for your test ride – we will then use your feedback from the ride to make adjustments to the fit if needed. The feedback element of the Test Ride Appointment is an important part of the fitting process, as it enables us to tune the set-up to take account of “real world” outdoor riding.
For models where we don’t operate the test bikes that enable us to incorporate real world feedback we will carry out a Sizing Evaluation session, which will establish a level of bike fit and set-up that far exceeds most of our competition, but which by definition cannot incorporate feedback from on-the-road test rides and will of course be much shorter that a Test Ride Appointment. Sizing Evaluation sessions typically take up to 1 hour, while Test Ride Appointments are booked into 3 hour slots.
With both types of fitting session the resulting set-up measurements will of course be recorded and given to you for future reference.
As all Sizing Evaluation or Test Ride Appointments sessions require a dedicated member of our team to be available for an extended period of time we operate an appointment system – please contact us in advance to book a session as especially during busy periods, and Saturdays in particular, we can be fully booked for the following few days or even weeks!
Please note – at the time of booking, either for a Sizing Evaluation or for a Test Ride Appointment/Performance Fit, we will charge the cost of the session to your credit or debit card (£120 for a Test Ride Appointment or £40 for a Sizing Evaluation). When you then purchase your new bike the fitting charge will be deducted from the cost of your bike.
Customers who cancel pre-paid appointments with more than 2 days advance notice will receive a full refund, as we will have sufficient notice to book another customer into the vacated appointment slot. Customers wishing to postpone their fitting (rather than cancel) will simply have their pre-payment transferred to a new appointment, as long as we receive 2 days advance notice of the postponement.
In order to carry out a set-up session we need to assess your position and pedalling motion etc, so it helps us if you wear cycle clothing – especially shorts, as we need to be able to see and measure your leg angles and extension accurately, and to be able to observe pedalling technique, knee flex etc. If you already use a clipless pedal system please bring your cycling shoes along too, and if you use something other than a Look or Shimano cleat system it helps to bring some pedals as we may not have your exact pedal type in our test pedal stock.
The underlying principles for our bike fitting and set-up service are that a riding position should be comfortable, efficient, promote good handling, and be tuned to the individual characteristics of both the rider and type of riding they are planning to do.
All of our new bikes include a free fitting and set-up session, but if you are unable to visit the store for any reason we will happily advise on sizing over the phone or via email, and if you already have a set-up that you are entirely happy with we can of course use that to set your new bike up without needing to see you in person (we will need to ask you to collect some key measurements for us, which we can take you through over the phone or via email).
We operate the UK’s largest permanent demo fleet covering the majority of our range, so test rides are available on most of our carbon road bike models – but please call or email us to confirm availability of model/size as we can’t possibly carry every model/size combination (as there would be thousands!).
At Epic Cycles we operate a simple appointment system in order to ensure that one of team is free to support you in the right way. Our test rides are not just a quick spin around the car park in street clothing, they are proper test rides on correctly set up bikes, following a Performance Fit session. So before visiting us for a test ride please contact us to check that one of our sales team is free, and to make sure that your chosen bike is not already booked for a test ride. A charge will be made in advance for your Test Ride Appointment (see Fitting and Set-up Sessions), which will be deducted in full from the cost of your new bike when purchased.
We have planned out a couple of test routes that offer a combination of flatter, rolling and hilly terrain – the roads immediately around the store are pretty quiet and varied, as well as being quite scenic. Some of the road surfaces are not always the smoothest, so they certainly won’t unduly flatter the bike, but they do offer a realistic test of typical UK conditions.
In order to maximise the benefit of any test ride we must set up the test bike correctly – see our FAQ on sizing and set-up sessions. So please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for this to take place (an hour on top of the test ride).
If you have your own fitting or set-up data already, or are comfortable with your current riding position and set-up, then please send us your bike set-up information in advance (either via email – we will let you know what measurements we need – or using the Bike Measurements form at the bottom of this page) – we will then carry out a short confirmatory position check to make sure we have set everything up correctly before you go out for your test ride.
Although most customers have a particular bike in mind, some customers will want to test-ride more than one bike in order to make their final purchase decision – from our experience of several thousand test rides we know that it gets surprisingly confusing if people ride more than a couple of bikes. So we will use the results of the set-up session together with your input, budget and preferences to help narrow down your selection to a maximum of two models for testing. In any event, setting up a test bike to match the results of your sizing session or existing bike’s measurements can be very time consuming, so we have to operate a limit of two test bikes per appointment – sadly, much as we would like to, we can’t spend a whole day with every customer!
Finally, if you do plan to test ride a bike please bring an official government issued form of photo identification with you (drivers licence or passport), as this is a condition of our insurance cover, together with some suitable clothing.
