Built on decades of Cannondale’s experience in developing class-leading alloy frames, the CAAD14 fully embraces the strengths of aluminium rather than trying to imitate carbon. It is also a bike designed to last. The CAAD14 combines proven construction, timeless styling and dependable performance, making it the sort of bike riders can train on, race on and enjoy for years to come. Cannondale has also chosen practical, easy-to-maintain components such as a threaded bottom bracket, a UDH derailleur hanger and a standard 27.2 mm seatpost, making customisation and servicing straightforward.

The frame accommodates tyres with a measured width of up to 32 mm, with generous clearance on all sides. This allows riders to enjoy improved grip, comfort and control across real-world road surfaces.

Up front, Cannondale’s Delta steerer routes cables and hoses neatly into the frame, keeping the cockpit clean and the head tube slim while also reducing aerodynamic drag. The 68 mm BSA threaded bottom bracket offers dependable reliability and easy maintenance, while the Universal Derailleur Hanger makes replacements simple to source almost anywhere.
