We include three years free annual servicing* with every new bike collected from store (free servicing is not available for home delivery bikes).

This is in addition to the routine check and tune-up that we encourage customers to have carried out after a short period of use – this is a much shorter exercise that involves making any small adjustments that might be needed once components have bedded in etc.

Your free service package covers one Essentials Service per year for three years. Details of what this covers are on our Workshop Services page.

Alternatively, if you would like to book a major service, involving a comprehensive strip down and rebuild of your bike, we will deduct the standard cost of your free Essentials Service from the cost of the major service you require.

All service work needs to be booked ahead of time, as our workshop will need to schedule service work alongside new bike builds.

Free annual servicing cannot generally be booked in our trading peak period from start of May until the end of July – we may occasionally have small gaps during this time that will allow us to carry our free servicing, but this cannot be guaranteed.
