As a high street bike shop we are able to offer our customers the choice of collecting their new bike from store or having it delivered to them at home or work. Both have their advantages of course, and historically customers have split 50/50 on collection vs delivery.
Delivery is free on all new bikes (except for bikes purchased from our eBay store) with a total value of £1999+ to the UK Mainland (non-Highlands). Highlands and Islands addressees will incur a small shipping surcharge – calculated in Checkout and detailed here.
While not practical for many customers, collection from store means that we can take you through the features of your new bike, cover basic maintenance and adjustment tasks, as well as fine tuning the set up of your bike. Collection also means that your bike is ready to ride without any unpacking or re-assembly/adjustments.
