TIME FLUIDITY

The Perfect All-Round Road Bike

TIME’s best-selling all-round road bike is back, and it has been completely reworked for the needs of today’s performance-focused rider.

The new TIME Fluidity is built for cyclists who want a bike that feels fast, precise and responsive, but also remains comfortable and efficient over long distances. It is designed to cover everything from big Gran Fondo days to regular training rides, with a ride feel that stays engaging from the first mile to the last.

TIME FLUIDITY

When TIME talks about comfort with the Fluidity, they are not referring to a vague, overly softened ride. They mean fit. The Fluidity uses an endurance-focused geometry that places the rider in a more upright and sustainable position than a pure race bike. That means a taller front end, a more open chest and shoulders, easier breathing, and a position that is easier to hold for long hours in the saddle.

TIME FLUIDITY

Importantly, this does not come at the expense of performance. The Fluidity shares much of the sharpness and responsiveness of the TIME Alpe d’Huez, but it delivers that performance in a package better suited to long days and rougher roads. In simple terms, it is every bit as quick, but much easier to live with over distance.

TIME FLUIDITY

Built for Riders Who Want Speed and Distance

The Fluidity is aimed at riders who do not want to choose between a bike that feels fast and one that feels comfortable enough for all-day riding. Whether you are taking on your first Gran Fondo, chasing a personal best on a favourite climb, or simply looking for a high-end road bike that feels just as good after four hours as it does in the first 20 minutes, the Fluidity has been designed with that balance in mind.

TIME FLUIDITY

What Makes the Fluidity Stand Out

At its core, the Fluidity is a performance endurance road bike with a clear and focused brief. It combines:

  • A genuinely fast endurance geometry
  • A taller head tube and increased stack for a more sustainable riding position
  • Clearance for tyres up to 40 mm
  • Compact 425 mm chainstays for agile, road-bike handling
  • TIME’s braided carbon construction with Dyneema® for vibration damping and durability
  • Full compatibility with modern electronic drivetrains, including 1x and 2x systems
  • Fully integrated cable routing without compromising fit flexibility

TIME FLUIDITY

TIME set out to improve every part of what an endurance road bike can be, and the Fluidity reflects that ambition throughout.

Comfort Without Compromise

The endurance road category is full of bikes that chase comfort with complicated add-ons such as elastomers, pivots, inserts and suspension-style systems. TIME has taken a different approach.

With the Fluidity, comfort is engineered directly into the frame itself through its material choice, tube shaping and frame design. TIME’s Dyneema®-enhanced BCS braided carbon construction allows them to tune the ride in a way that conventional carbon manufacturing cannot. This gives the bike excellent vibration damping and long-distance composure without adding unnecessary weight, complexity or maintenance.

TIME FLUIDITY

The result is a bike that feels refined and efficient rather than soft or muted. It stays responsive under power and precise in corners, while doing a much better job of taking the edge off rougher roads than a typical race bike.

Geometry That Works in the Real World

One of the biggest requests TIME heard from real world riders, especially those going long, was for more usable front-end height. Many riders want the clean look and performance benefits of integrated cockpits, but struggle to achieve a comfortable position on traditional race geometry without using excessive spacers or awkward fit solutions.

TIME FLUIDITY

The Fluidity addresses this directly – its geometry features a taller head tube and optimised stack height across all five frame sizes, along with 45 mm of top cap and spacer stack adjustability. This allows riders to dial in a comfortable and efficient position while still keeping the front end looking clean and purposeful.

TIME FLUIDITY

That more upright position helps riders breathe more freely, stay relaxed through the shoulders and maintain power more comfortably over longer rides. Just as importantly, TIME has preserved the sharp handling and road feel you would expect from a premium performance bike. This is not an endurance bike that feels vague or slow to react. It still handles like a proper road bike should.

Wide Tyres, Fast Ride

The Fluidity is designed around modern road tyre performance, with clearance for tyres up to 40 mm. That is significantly more than many bikes in this category and reflects a growing understanding in performance cycling that wider tyres can offer real advantages, not just extra comfort.

Wider tyres allow lower pressures, which can reduce rolling resistance on rough roads, improve grip and stability, and help reduce rider fatigue over longer distances. They also give the Fluidity far more flexibility than a traditional endurance road bike, opening the door to rough lanes, poor road surfaces and even light mixed-terrain riding.

TIME FLUIDITY

Crucially, TIME has achieved this tyre clearance without sacrificing handling. While many competitors lengthen the rear triangle significantly to create more room, the Fluidity keeps its 425 mm chainstays compact and road-focused. That means it still feels lively, responsive and agile under acceleration.

Thoughtful Frame Design and Materials

The Fluidity’s frame design is clean, elegant and highly purposeful. Every tube shape and junction has been carefully developed to serve a structural or performance role.

Rather than relying on aggressively sculpted aero-style sections, TIME has used rounder tube profiles that are optimised for stiffness, durability and weight in an endurance context. These shapes distribute loads effectively, resist fatigue well and help deliver a frameset that feels balanced, efficient and long-lasting.

TIME FLUIDITY

One of the most distinctive features is the new seatstay design, which flows cleanly from the seat tube to the rear dropout. Beyond its visual appeal, this shaping improves vertical compliance and helps absorb road vibration before it reaches the rider.

The frame also benefits from TIME’s long-standing expertise with Dyneema®, which is woven into the braided carbon structure. Dyneema® brings several key advantages to a bike like the Fluidity:

  • Improved vibration damping for reduced fatigue
  • Low weight for a lively, efficient ride
  • Excellent impact resistance and durability
  • A smooth, refined ride quality without dulling performance

This is not a gimmick or a one-off experiment. It is a material TIME has real experience with, and it suits the brief of the Fluidity particularly well.

Modern Compatibility, Clean Integration

The Fluidity is designed for modern electronic groupsets and is fully compatible with all major systems. It supports UDH, works with both 1x and 2x drivetrains, and uses fully internal cable routing across all configurations.

TIME FLUIDITY

Importantly, TIME has managed to deliver this clean integration without making the bike awkward to fit or difficult to work on. Routing is tidy and well thought out, with internal management that keeps the system practical for both setup and servicing.

The integrated headset is based around an FSA system, making it compatible with a wide range of semi-integrated and fully integrated stem and handlebar options.

Premium Finish, True TIME Character

As with every TIME frame, the finish quality is a major part of the appeal. The Fluidity’s paint and graphic options are designed to reflect the premium nature of the bike, while also showcasing the craftsmanship behind its construction.

Each colourway incorporates exposed carbon detailing, allowing parts of TIME’s distinctive braided carbon structure to remain visible. It is a subtle but striking reminder that this is not a mass-produced carbon frame built to a generic formula, but something made with a very specific philosophy and level of care.

Available finishes include:

  • F01 Nude Carbon – the most exposed carbon in the range, showcasing the full braided structure
  • F02 Gloss White – clean and timeless with exposed carbon accents
  • F03 Satin Metallic Red – bold and striking with subtle carbon detailing
  • F04 Satin Crystal Blue – understated, refined and distinctive

The Bottom Line

The new TIME Fluidity is not an endurance bike in the traditional sense of being softened, dulled or comfort-first at the expense of speed. It is a genuinely high-performance road bike that has been carefully shaped around the realities of long-distance riding.

TIME FLUIDITY

It is fast, refined and thoughtfully designed, with geometry, tyre clearance and material technology that make it a better companion for big days on real roads. For riders who want one road bike that can go long, go hard and still feel special every time they ride it, the Fluidity looks like a very convincing answer.
