When You Can Customise.
Like the look of one of our bikes, but would prefer different gear ratios or component dimensions to those listed in the standard ‘factory spec’? No problem – we’re only too happy to swap parts for different sizes, usually with no charge at all.
Or do you like the basic factory spec but have a preference for a different model of saddle, tyre or wheel etc? Again, no problem – and we will only charge you for any differences in value between the swapped items.
This is something we’ve been keen to do for customers since the day we opened, nearly two decades ago, and well over half of the bikes we have supplied have been customized or adapted to the rider in some way.
We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible, but modern bikes still represent a significant investment, so please talk to us about to make sure that your new bike is exactly what you’d like and need!
